The Board of Supervisors of the Renaissance Community Development District will be holding a regular meeting on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at Integrity Building, 3820 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL. During this meeting, as requested by the Board’s attorney, the Board will meet in private with the District’s attorneys in a  closed-door session in accordance with Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes for the purpose of discussing litigation in the case of Concert Renaissance LLC vs. Renaissance Community Development District, civil action number 23-CA-11452.
