The Renaissance Community Development District Regular Meeting and Attorney-Client Session – February 11, 2025
The Board of Supervisors of the Renaissance Community Development District has canceled its regular Board meeting scheduled for Monday, February 10, 2025, and rescheduled that meeting to Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 8:30 a.m., to be held at 9530 Marketplace Road, Suite 205, Fort Myers, FL. During the meeting the Board will hold a Private Attorney-Client Session, for the purpose of discussing litigation in the case of Concert Renaissance LLC vs. Renaissance CDD, civil action no 23-CA-11452.
