The Board of Supervisors of the Renaissance Community Development District will be holding a Regular Meeting and Private Attorney-Client Session on Monday, December 9, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. at the Integrity Building, 3820 Colonial Blvd. Unit 200 in Fort Myers, Florida. The purpose of the Attorney-Client Session is for discussion of litigation in the case of Concert Renaissance LLC vs. Renaissance CDD, civil action no 23-CA-11452.
