CDD Board of Supervisors Vacancy

The CDD is in need of a qualified resident who wishes to be considered for appointment to the Board. A Supervisor term is for four years and is normally filled by general election. The current vacant seat is due to a resignation and the term is through 11/2024.

Candidates for Board of Supervisors

Required to become a Board member:

  • You must be a Qualified Elector: at least 18 years old, a permanent legal resident of Florida (registered to vote/car registration in Florida), a resident in the Renaissance Community Development District, and a citizen of the United States.

Desired in a Board member:

  • The Board requests any interested Qualified Electors to submit a brief (one page) written statement of interest outlining pertinent experience and/or history.  Previous experience with contracts, contractor management, government, construction, landscaping, or lakes maintenance is highly sought.
